TRANSPARENCY & COMPLIANCE

Affiliate Disclosure Policy.

Full compliance disclosure in accordance with United States Federal Trade Commission (FTC) 16 CFR § 255 regulations.

At Email Audit, we value transparency and editorial integrity above all else. This disclosure document outlines how our publication operates, maintains commercial independence, and finances our technical testing laboratory.

How We Monetize

Certain hyperlinks throughout our technical audits, benchmark tables, and software profiles are affiliate tracking links. When you click on one of these links and subsequently purchase a software subscription, Email Audit may earn a referral commission from the respective software vendor.

Cost Impact to You: Clicking an affiliate link incurs zero additional cost to you. In many instances, our partnership agreements provide special discounts, extended free trials, or preferential tier access for our readers.

Editorial Independence Standard

We do not accept paid compensation for positive reviews, favorable benchmark placements, or manipulated technical audit ratings. Our evaluation scoring matrices are grounded strictly in empirical data collected by our test lab. If a platform demonstrates poor automation latency or substandard deliverability protocols, our audit reflects that outcome regardless of affiliate commission rates.

Vendor Relationships

Email Audit participates in multiple corporate partner programs, including but not limited to ActiveCampaign, Kit (ConvertKit), Klaviyo, GetResponse, and MailerLite. Vendors do not receive preview access to our technical audits prior to public indexing.
